The Jonesville Board of Education moved one step closer to hiring a new superintendent on Friday. The Board initially interviewed three candidates: Eric Weatherwax, Principal of Northeast Elementary School in the Jackson Public Schools; Dustin Scharer, Jonesville High School Principal, and Paden Stalter, Principal of Averill New Tech Elementary School in the Lansing Public Schools. The Board decided to invite two candidates back for a second interview.

The interviews will be held on Tuesday, May 4. Mr. Eric Weatherwax will interview at 6:00 pm and Mr. Dustin Scharer will interview at 7:15 pm.

All interviews will be held at Jonesville High School in the cafetorium at 460 Adrian St., Jonesville, Michigan. The public is invited to attend.
